Skins: No, if you have received a skin it is no longer verifiable whether you save the skin somewhere else and so returning skins is not possible.

Designs: Yes and No, if you have requested and paid for a design but the design has not yet been delivered you may return it within 7 days of the request. after these 7 days, this may only be done via email with a good reason that is assessed by our owner and once the design has been delivered, return is no longer possible.
